I stayed here for a week for skiing with my partner and a dog. It was great! The personnel was very charming and friendly.
There was a little dog biscuit in the room for our dog when we arrived. The room was spacious, cosy and clean. The food was great and they offer smaller or bigger portions, which should be common in all hotels or restaurants. Breakfast is excellent, with a lot of choice and nice coffee.The only downside is that you need your car if you want to go skiing. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I enjoyed every moment in this hotel, de rooms are so cute and the view is not normal, the food was sooooo good! And the people that work there are so sweet!! I can’t wait to go back next year 🙏🏼🙏🏼
The hotel is in a perfect location, just 5 minutes walking from the town centre but not in the crowd.
The employees and the owner are just lovely, always very helpful and attentive. Rooms and communal areas very very clean.

This hotel is very beautiful especially for the view over the entire snow-covered village of Moena (if you go in winter). The rooms are a bit dirty because several times we found many hairs in our sheets; Even the smell of wet feet came out of the bidet drain... just close the drain with the plug.
After all, everything is very clean, the food very good; the swimming pool is at 31°, the environment is really very beautiful as it feels like being in a Roman spa because the swimming pool is made with pieces of mosaics and there are frescoes on the walls; there is a hydromassage that works with buttons; the only problem with the pool is that many buttons don't work: out of 5 buttons only one works.
The spa is very warm and relaxing with the sauna, outdoor hot tub and salt room inside.
The hotel is very characteristic and in each room there is a television. (The connection is very good).
The waitresses are very courteous and nice. Furthermore, every evening from Monday to Friday the hotel organizes "parties": for example they have a singer come and sing or they do quizzes or things like that. All in all we had a good time
